Let me first say that my passion is cooking. I love food! It makes me happy. I'm happy when I cook and when I eat. To me, food should be more than just sustanance — it should be an experience, something fun. Through tastebudz, I work hard to bring that feeling to you.

My approach to cooking is to use bold flavors and fresh quality ingredients. I strive to make exciting food — food that you won't want to stop eating.

I am a graduate of Robert Morris Culinary College with honors, and an Illinois certified safe food handler.

And, I'm also fully insured and licensed.
