For all home dining services, I come to your home once or twice a week and depending on your needs, prepare delicious meals for you and your family. All services include initial consultation, planning, shopping, cooking, storing meals properly and full instructions for heating. Your kitchen is then left as clean as when I arrived.

tastebudz is completely flexible. You can choose to have me cook five entrees one week, then two the next, for example. You can choose once a week service or all fresh service, too. You decide. There is no long-term contract to sign.

weekly meal service
You choose the number of meals and servings you would like prepared for the week. Standard service, however, is five different entrees of four servings each (5x4). Each meal consists of an entree with 1-2 sides each, usually a protein, vegetable and starch. All meals are then either refrigerated or frozen for you to enjoy. Additional sides, appetizers and desserts are available at an extra cost. Sample Menus

fresh service
With this service, nothing is frozen. This service includes more fresh salads, fruits and non-freezable entrees, such as cream sauces and cream soups. I'll cook in your kitchen twice during one week. Meals are then packaged, labeled and refrigerated for reheating. Sample Menus

brown bag lunches
Gourmet, low-fat, comfort . . . you name it, I'll cook it and pack it for you. Choose from fresh salads, soups, sandwiches, small entrees and desserts. Lunch service packages start at $100 with the purchase of a weekly meal or fresh service package. Sample Menus

special dietary meals
All the meals I prepare are healthy and made with the freshest ingredients. However, I can prepare meals targeted to your special dietary needs: low-fat, low-calorie, low-sodium, low-carb, low-calorie, high protein and vegetarian.
